SHIPPING
Scentsible Scents, Ltd ships anywhere in the United
States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days.
September - December is Our Busy Time
Please keep in mind
that all of our products are handcrafted, so please allow extra time
during the months of September - December as this is our busiest
time of the year.
You Control Your Shipping Costs
As the customer, you are in control of your shipping costs. All
shipments are calculated by weight and "ship to" address. You
are given several carriers from which to choose and the prices are displayed
based on your desired speed of delivery.
All shipping charges are actual shipping charges. There are no
added or hidden costs. We do not charge for boxes, packing materials
or handling fees.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order in error or simply change your mind, please notify
us as soon as possible as once the order is packaged we cannot cancel any
order.
RETURN POLICY
Should you receive any merchandise that is damaged during shipment,
please contact Scentsible Scents, Ltd within 48 hours of receipt at :
You will need to keep the damaged goods and its
original packaging in order for a claim to be filed with Scentsible
Scents, Ltd and the carrier.
Any merchandise that is damaged during the
shipping process will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Any merchandise, which appears to be damaged due to customer’s
neglect, will not be replaced.
Merchandise returned for any other reason will require authorization
from Scentsible Scents, Ltd.
Any merchandise returned without prior authorization
will not be accepted or recognized.

your location and interest.
As a courtesy to our existing wholesale customers,
we will not sell to shops which exist near, or in the same vicinity
as existing customers.
Though we would love to sell to everyone, we truly
believe this sales practice is to the benefit of Scentsible Scents,
